    Hi
I mentioned, that some times AR splits labels between pages like in the attached screenshot.
    In AR10 the same problem.
Could you help? I’ve attached the simple project.

    Hello,

This issue is occurring because Detail section is printed in continuation and splits when the page ends displaying broken Label and TextBox in the Report. To avoid this, you can use “KeepTogether” property of Detail section which determines if the Section is to be printed on a single page.

Setting this property to True will move the complete Detail section (second part) to the next page such that the whole section is printed on a single page and Labels and TextBox will not be displayed as broken. Please refer to the attached modified project for complete implementation.

You can also refer to the following documentation link for more information regarding the “KeepTogether” property:

But if detail section became grater than one page, because it contained subreports. So I may lose some information.

Or what should I do if I don’t want to have a half of empty page, because detail has a little bit bigger size?

    Hello,

In your report there is large ReportHeader, then GroupHeader so the Detail will be rendered in the end due to the layout of the report. If another Detail is rendered in continuation of the first Detail then either the field will break or you need to modify the layout such that the fields get shifted to the next page.

You can move the complete detail section to the next page (as we suggested in the previous post) using “KeepTogether” property. Even if it contains SubReports, no information will be lost. The Section is rendered completely on a single page.

If you see the half empty page and you want to avoid that, you can use the “RepeatToFill” property of Detail section and it will repeat the section to fill the page accordingly with the section’s formatting when there is not enough data to fill it.
All these things depend on the layout of the report that you have created. So, either you can modify the layout or you can use the above suggested workarounds to avoid that.
    Hope it helps.

    Arpit Jain
